Trisha grew up in the Scottswood neighborhood of Atlas Falls and though she had a rough upbringing it has never stopped her from trying to get out. She got decent grades in high school and was the first of her family to get accepted into college. It was in college however when she was introduced to the drug scene at a party on campus and her life has never been the same since. She went to work as an escort for her then friend Carla Luciano’s family and was soon in over her head with clients of the night and drugs while struggling in school. She learned halfway into her last semester of college that she was pregnant with and dropped out in order to support herself and the baby. Once Gina was born she was unable to stay clean or hold a steady job and she went back to Carla to get back into the business.

A few years later she discovered she was pregnant again and turned to her older brother for help Cooper agreed to keep the baby away from its father and promised to send money every month to her to help her support herself and her children. Yasmine was born and the money came for a few months and then stopped Gina turned back to the only life she knew of prostitution and drugs her wake up call was years ago when Gina was murdered. Yasmine convinced her to go to rehab again and she agreed and it was there her cancer diagnosis came. Since then Yasmine has been the one to support her and their family and she hates her daughter has sold her soul to the Madden crime family. Despite the treatments she had been battling cancer for the last two years and she often wants to slip back into drugs but can’t knowing it would kill her only living child.
