Maximilla was born four minutes and thirty second behind her older twin brother Jackson and into the cusp of luxury with her parents. She has spent her life being spoiled rotten. Its Max’s world she wouldn’t have it any other way. Her entire life she’s spent living it up that she was the richest girl in Atlas Falls. That has never went away and she has always had some sort of sense of entitlement in that position it is something that she has always prided herself on. In school she was seen innocent by teachers but her peers knew the truth. Max was a bully and threw around her power with her other friends. She along with her friends Veronica, Cat and Nina ran the school and while spoiled rotten there at home is is fiercely loyal and loving especially over her twin. She tortured Dani Fraiser most of high school, worse when she found out that Dani had a long standing mutual crush that her brother Jackson shared on her. Her one enemy was Cassie Montgomery and she in turn retaliated by seducing Cassie’s older brother Philip at a party one weekend. Max in her senior year grew tired of trying to seduce the boys of high school and moved onto her English teacher Carter Black their affair was discovered by her father, Carter was terminated and Max was left smelling like a rose.

Max went onto college at Atlas Falls University where she and her friends began to party harder and harder, she decided to go to business school to prove her father she was just as capable as his sons. She was devastated when Cat died in the family pool from an overdose her brother leaving her behind in the water while high and that was her wake up call to the partying in college. It was there that she and Hunter Kincaid finally became an item when they began taking business classes together and she finally felt like giving her heart away to him. They were very on and off throughout college and when they graduated they moved in together, it killed her to see her twin brother on drugs and she has always reached out to him to plead with him to get clean. She learned early on that Jackson hasn’t wanted the help so instead she has bottled it inside over the years hoping he will get better. She and Hunter eventually got engaged and they had the biggest wedding that Atlas Falls had seen since Brenda Thorpe it was the talk of the year. Max completed her masters and over the years she and Hunter have grown apart. When Club XES opened two years ago and she and Philip bumped into each other sparks flew and after a year of flirting and seduction she and Philip began an affair. While she loves her job at DGI, loves the money and the fame of being a Devonshire she feels trapped in a marriage to Hunter where it feels like she is living with someone she no longer knows.
