Season three begins under the weight of old secrets and erupts into violence with the shocking deaths of Tony Delacroix and later Lowell Devonshire, whose unraveling legacy fractures the Devonshire family in ways no one expected. The births of Michael Madden, Brock Junior Fraiser, and Enrique Navarro contrast the season’s darkness, especially as Enrique is later presumed dead. Law enforcement finally cracks down on Atlas Falls’ criminal web as Ronan, Thor, Gia, and Dimitri Kavanagh all face arrest, upending power across the city

Bliss’s fear of Dimitri crescendos in a violent showdown at the Devonshire mansion where Bliss, Tamara, and Selina survive Dimitri’s final attack—culminating in Bliss killing him in self-defense and the women burying the truth together. Readers finally learned that it was Bliss that killed him but not before Hunter fell on his sword to protect his wife after all his murder subjects were dragged down to the station and heavily interrogated by Jon, Devin, Miranda and Zach. Eventually Walter made a deal with Charles Hessington to make it all go away on behalf of Brenda and Hunter was released.

Chauncey’s war for DGI intensifies as his marriage to Natasha Hassan positions him for power—until her shocking fall at Jackson and Dani’s wedding costs them their child and destroys the alliance, she turns around and marries Chauncey. Greer’s heartbreak pushes her fully toward Brock, solidifying their relationship by lying about her child’s conception and that is in fact Chauncey’s baby and not Brock’s. Leading to one of the most toxic marriages on screen between Chauncey and Natasha where in the end Natasha was part of the coop against Jackson when she sided with Tess, Gloria and Pierre. 

Rory Devonshire’s love life becomes one of the season’s most turbulent emotional arcs, caught between the lingering pull of Yasmine Kohl and the blossoming connection he builds with Aspen Sinclair. Aspen, still haunted by her own buried past, grows closer to Rory even as she conspires with Max to keep him away from Yasmine—especially once the truth about Aspen’s miscarriage in between seasons surfaces. Yasmine and Rory’s unresolved feelings are further complicated by Khalil Watkins, whose loyalty to Aspen and friendship with Yasmine create a tense, shifting dynamic among all four of them. Lowell’s death marks the end of an era and ignites a struggle for identity, power, and truth among everyone he left behind.

Skye Morgan’s exit from Atlas Falls delivers another emotional blow, particularly to Jon Harrison, who believed they could rebuild something real. After the painful custody revelations, the truth about Miles, and their slow reconciliation, Jon lets himself hope again—only to have Skye leave town abruptly, unable to face the fallout of her past choices. Unknown to Jon that Cassie was the one that gave Skye the coke at the Summit party or that Charles and Lex were part of the devastation of her overdose and exit from town.

Selina Delacroix embarks on a deeply emotional journey to find her biological mother, a storyline that fans embraced as one of the most humanizing arcs of the year. Through dead ends, painful revelations, and unexpected allies, Selina uncovers pieces of her past that force her to confront long-buried truths about her identity and her family. Her search intertwines with Dimitri’s abuse, her renewed sense of self-worth, and her complicated relationship with Elliot Duvall, culminating in a powerful emotional breakthrough that reframes who Selina is—and who she wants to become.

Dru Price’s storyline emerges as one of the most chilling arcs of the season. After embedding herself into the Fraiser and Devonshire families as Jackson and Dani’s nanny, Dru manipulates her way into their trust while harboring deep resentment. She uses Pierre LeClerq’s mentorship to sharpen her cruelty, steals the gun Tamara used on Dimitri, and leverages her relationships with Ronan, Philip, Zerick and Lex to further her goals. Dru’s intentions turn far darker when she begins targeting Dani and Jackson specifically, using their vulnerabilities to wedge herself deeper into their lives and position herself as a threat from within. Going as far as to gaslight Dani, trying to seduce Jackson, planting coke in Jackson’s pocket and eventually to accumulate in her drugging Jackson and recording a fake sex tape with him and Dru that she then hands over to Gloria in the finale.

Zach Fraiser’ sudden death aboard the Nightingale becomes one of the most emotional blows of the season, rattling the town and deeply affecting Dani, Jackson, and their friends. His passing heightens tensions at the worst time, pushing unresolved grief to the surface and setting the emotional tone for the finale. Making the death and event even more tragic is that Zach discovered that Dru was actually his cousin, Kendall Richardson who Brenda and Walter thought had died. Combined with he and Mason Delacroix marrying a mere six episodes prior to his death.

One of the most explosive twists of the season occurs when Gia Falcone steals Max Devonshire’s newborn baby, orchestrating a calculated and devastating baby swap to punish both Sebastian and Max. Believing the child died, Max spirals emotionally while Sebastian’s guilt consumes him. Meanwhile, Gia smuggles the baby into her own operation, using him as leverage, revenge, and a symbol of her control. The reveal that Enrique may still be alive—combined with the truth behind the swap—becomes one of the most heartbreaking and suspenseful arcs of the season, leaving Max shattered and setting up a massive secret storyline moving forward.

The season’s climax reaches a devastating high when Dani, Greer, and Brenda are involved in a catastrophic car accident thanks to Dru drugging her own mother Brenda, which becomes one of the most shocking and talked-about moments of the year. Coming directly after a heated, heartbreaking fight between Jackson and Dani at DGI over the sextape that Gloria played in front of them. Dani’s emotional state behind the wheel and Dru drugging Brenda, leads to a crash that threatens all three women’s lives. The wreck fractures relationships, exposes painful truths, and sends both the Devonshire, Kincaid and Fraiser families into crisis as fans are left fearing for the women’s survival.

A season-defining shock comes when it is revealed that Aspen Sinclair is actually Victoria Fraiser, the long-lost Fraiser daughter abducted by Forbes Montgomery years ago. The revelation could shatter both the Fraiser and Montgomery families if the secret ever gets out and to prevent it Philip pushed Randall down the stairs to hide the secret! The revelation could rewrite Aspen’s entire life overnight. The quiet novelist’s child becomes the centerpiece of a decades-long crime involving Forbes, who stole Victoria to punish Walter Fraiser and reshape the family’s power.
