Lucy is the youngest daughter of Brandon and Helen Fraiser, she grew up in Atlas Falls in a very large an loving Irish family. Her youth was spent tagging behind her older sister and brothers. She also looked up to her cousin Dani a lot. Eventually she turned into a bit of a rebel when high school hit though as the youngest girl her parents seemed to get a little more leeway. She did attend AFU and majored in accounting want to eventually help at the Pub. It was at college she met the entirely wrong crowd and get herself in over her head with a local bookie, things took a turn for the worst when she was charged with cooking the books for a local organization.

Thought to be the Madden organization but never proven, she was arrested, charged and sentenced to five to ten years in prison. At the age off 23 she went in and three years into her sentence and as help with Dru Jackson made a call to get her out of prison to reunite with her family. She was released a week after her brother Zach tragically passed on the Nightingale explosion. Now out of prison, she took over the job of a part time nanny for her cousin and Jackson after every Dru did. She also moved in with her grandmother to help with her care.
