Julian is one of the most powerful attorneys in the state though he started out small at first and even represented Lowell himself for a while, until he refused to draw up paperwork and deal with Lowell’s underhanded tactics. Eventually he started his own firm that he now runs. He and Mauren Flannery were married for over twenty years and it ended in a nasty divorce, he has a daughter from that marriage that lives with Mauren overseas. He hired Mason a few years ago and has been eyeing him as a partner since then. Recently he also hired Lex Hessington seeing how he was the boys mentor for years prior and while he is friendly with Charles he looks to Lex as a surrogate son. When Jackie decided to divorce Lowell he reconnected with a woman he always respected and felt attracted too. He is being patient with Jackie and her heart, recently Jackson hired him to represent DGI on a permanent basis.
