Whitney is the second child of Charles and his wife Ava and was the apple of her mother’s eye as the only girl has always had her daddy wrapped around her finger. Like her brother the Fraiser family were frequent guests at their summer home growing up as her father and Walter became best friends. Over those summers Whitney and Dani became fast friends, staying in touch in both elementary and high school despite going to different schools. Whitney went to The Ellis School in Pittsburgh an all girls private school where she played volleyball and lacrosse. Her father wanted her to aim higher and go to Harvard, Yale and Stanford. After weighing her decision she decided to follow her brother to Carnegie where her mother was an alumni. She was roommates with Simon Rutherford, Talia Rose and Dani all four years of her undergraduate degree. While out for summer social season her last year of college she met Ryan Walker the two hit it off with each other. She decided to pursue a masters in political science, the key to a happy relationship with Ryan she quickly discovered was to let Ryan have his lover and she could have hers.

She graduated and works as her fathers campaign manager and advisor, along with being a voting member of the conglomerate. They continued on that pattern until the year her mother got sick, her mother dying before they made it down the aisle, soon after she was diagnosed with PCOS while she and Ryan were trying to conceive. Her father presented a young and destitute pregnant Skye Morgan to the couple as an option who at the time told them she was sure if it was Jon Harrison or Jackson Devonshire’s baby they agreed to adopt her unborn child. Miles was born 6 months later her marriage however has been rocky since then Ryan taking lovers including Max and she taking lovers as well. While she was in Atlas Falls she and Jon slept together and she took the wine glass from his house running a DNA to confirm he was Miles’s father. She and Ryan reconciled when she returned home test in hand and made love and she was shocked to learn she was pregnant with a girl whom they named Morgan.

Season 1

Whitney was mentioned in the first season by Dani and her family. She was also mentioned by Jon as being her past lover.

Season 2

Whitney and her family arrived in Atlas Falls after her father informed them that they were buying the hotel La Gorida, remodeling it and turning into another Crestwood. She arrived to help oversea the projects completion and they bought a house in town to do so. She was also asked to be Dani’s maid of honor at her wedding. She and Ryan met Skye a handful of times through the season reminding her of the custody agreement and adoption that Skye had done. She and Dani re-bonded during preparations for the wedding where she told her friend about sleeping with Jon and the truth about Miles, reassuring Dani that she was positive that Miles was not Jackson’s. She asked Dani to keep her secret and Dani reluctantly agreed even when they ran into Jon later with Miles in tow Dani kept her secret. They were also floored when Jon showed up to angrily confront them over Miles paternity and adopting him, Whitney told Jon the truth at the time she had no idea if he or Jackson was the father. After she and Jon slept together after her brothers and Dani’s failed relationship she ran a test that confirmed it was Jon and decided not to tell him, Jon was hurt. On the eve of Dani’s pre-wedding dinner the she and Ryan told Dani and Jackson about Jon knowing about Miles. Eventually she got fed up and told Skye visitation to Mile was null and void and told Jon if he wanted to fight to talk to her brother Lex. She and Ryan continued to have a marriage of convenience while keeping up appearances and she wondered if she was truly happy anymore to begin with.
