Tamara is the daughter of Eugene Wright and Constanza Salvatore who were blue blood New Yorkers. Constanza and Eugene relationship was an affair that bore two children Tamara and Mimi Wright. Eugene eventually left his wife but Constanza refused to marry him after he lied to her. Tamara watched her ballsy mother and always admired her. She quickly took her no nonsense attitude which would lead to Tamara being a fighter. Growing up she was either fighting herself or protecting her little sister. Throughout school she was a mediocre student but cleaned up her grades her senior year.

After being accepted to Atlas Falls University she applied to the nursing program. She would meet Braden Fraiser at his family bar and a brief fling turned into a relationship. Tamara would meet Peter Kyle a local drug dealer. Peter got Tamara addicted to coke. Selina appeared back in Braden life and she saw how much they loved each other. Braden was about to leave her until she found out she was pregnant. Tamara cleaned up her act long enough to finally get her happy ending or so she thought. Braden didn’t truly have his heart in the relationship and she was left heartbroken. Tamara gave birth to Dylan and a week later she slept with Paul and did coke again. On her engagement day Braden found her sniffing coke and called it all off. Taking custody of Dylan. This got her to clean up her act for a while. Mimi called her and told her beloved mother had died pushing her right back into drugs grasp.

Season 1

Tamara was happy starting a relationship with David Rhodes trying to make her ex-Braden jealous. She also was actively a part of Dylan’s life again much to the displeasure of most of the Fraiser family, especially Lauren and Walter. During a date with David she was jealous when instead Braden brought Talia on a date with them. Tamara was hiding a secret doing coke in the bathroom after a fight with Talia and keeping that she had relapsed from everyone. She was more than happy to be gleeful at Talia’s humiliation when Braden married Selina. At Walter’s campaign party at the Pub she showed up clearly high and congratulated Braden on a lifetime of misery with Selina, he in turn threatened to take Dylan away again. Tamara would only spiral further she even went as far as to hitting herself and causing a black eye telling David she would tell everyone it was him when he caught her using. She would go on to overdose from heroin where Dylan found her body after following his father up the stairs. She lashed out at the hospital confronting Braden and Selina for everything they had done to her over the years and tearfully agreed to go to rehab again. Braden agreed informing her he would make the drug charges go away if she got help.

Season 2

Tamara was in rehab ready to go home when Braden visited her and they had an amicable meeting, she offered condolences on his divorce from Selina and he in turn told her she was right, he rushed to Selina. Initially she was scared to give her heart over to Braden again after everything they had been through but the two eventually decided to date and slept together in the stock room at Club Vertigo, she worried what his family would think and how it would affect Dylan. Braden assured her it was his decision she also decided to take a break from medicine took at job at MontCorp working with Philip and working the Isla De Cruces account thus working with Dimitri first hand. Dimitri became obsessed with Tamara because of her scrappiness and because she somewhat reminded him of Bliss. It was at the MontCorp press conference which DGI ruined and took over where Tamara was raped by Dimitri at a hotel in New York later that night after losing his title as Prince regent and diplomatic immunity. Tamara would find out she was pregnant Braden and Tamara however were relieved to find out the baby was their child. Tamara become obsessed with revenge and would eventually shoot Dimitri who was freed from jail and Zerick to take the gun telling her to go. At Jackson and Dani’s wedding Dimitri broke into the Devonshire mansion. He kidnapped Tamara and the rest of his victims. Tamara fought back along with the other women and threw Dimitri in the lake.
